Our Skill Development Curriculum is a self-paced online sales education tool designed for anyone looking to learn or improve their selling skills.

We have developed the Skill Development curriculum around a generic sales model so that our clients can integrate the skills they learn into the process they use at the office.

Finally, we encourage our clients to move around inside the elements as it suits your need.  In most cases, if there are other elements that we recommend be taken first we will note that in the skill description.

Engagement skills cover the front end of the sales process where the goal is to set an appointment to meet with the lead.

Discovery skills cover the qualification and validation part of the sales process where the goal is the identification of a sales opportunity.

Demonstration skills cover the proof-of-concept part of the sales process where the goal is to obtain stakeholder consensus of the proposed solution.

Negotiation skills cover the back end of the sales process where the goal is to close the business and obtain a contract.
